To get started, I offer an introductory session where we will just sit and chat to get to know one another. I will explain more in depth the meditation style I practice and teach, why it resonates with me and then ask you a few short questions to learn more about you. Think of this as a conversation to explore more of what is you hope you achieve from you meditation practice and what it is you long or ache for more of in your life. From there we can begin the process of exploring this incredible practice of meditation...this conversation with the intimacy of life!
