CHAKRA ROCK FLOW & WORKSHOP is a two hour yoga class/workshop designed to help create more awareness, alignment and awakening of the seven chakras of the subtle energy body. This is a creative and fun journey through the spectrum of colors THAT IS YOU!
Come ready to learn and explore a combination of traditional yoga poses, vinyasa flow, kundalini kriyas, breathing exercises, guided meditation and music designed to help rock you into more wholeness & vitality...and to have a little fun while you're at it!

CREATIVE SEQUENCING WORKSHOP

CREATIVE SEQUENCING WORKSHOP @ YOga Now CHICAGO
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers, teacher trainees and students who wish to learn some fun and creative techniques for sequencing a yoga class from start to finish. We will break down the art of making a playlist and sequencing music and then add in sequenced asana/movements to help build a master flow and class. This particular workshop falls on a full moon day so we will lean into power of creativity and new beginnings that this brings to set intentions for classes we wish to create, share and put forth in the world. This will be a "collaborative" workshop with time to share, connect and have some fun creating together!
